The Wisteria is an 81cm crystal suspension light with nine E14 bulb fittings suspended from curved polished nickel arms that support cascading chains of button-cut clear crystal. Each of the nine arms curves outward from a central circular canopy, creating an umbrella-like framework from which the crystal clusters hang in varying lengths, forming a three-dimensional cloud of faceted glass approximately 65cm deep at its longest point.

Designed for entrance halls, double-height living rooms and dining rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Wisteria requires vertical space to display its full drop without overwhelming the room. The adjustable cable suspension allows the fitting to be set between 650mm and 2000mm below the ceiling, giving flexibility for both standard and high ceilings. The 81cm diameter footprint suits dining tables of 1.8-2.4m length or central positions in entrance halls of 3m width or greater. The nine E14 bulbs (sold separately) light the crystal from within the canopy, scattering refracted light across ceilings and walls as the facets catch and redirect each light source.

The button-cut crystal pieces are strung on fine metal chains in clusters of varying density, with the longest chains positioned around the outer edge of the canopy to create a graduated profile when viewed from the side. The polished nickel finish on the metalwork provides high reflectivity, amplifying the light throw from the bulbs and adding cool-toned contrast against the clear crystal. At 19.8kg total weight, the fitting requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or reinforced ceiling rose capable of supporting that load.

Yes, provided you use dimmable E14 bulbs and pair them with a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer. The fitting itself does not restrict dimming — bulb and dimmer compatibility determines the result.

The 650mm minimum drop plus the 81cm diameter means the fitting works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the mains supply and allow the bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal button with a dry microfibre cloth, working from top to bottom to avoid redistributing dust. For more thorough cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal chains or getting water into the bulb fittings. Do not use glass cleaners or sprays on the crystal — they leave residue that dulls the facets.
