Description

The Wisteria is an 81cm crystal chandelier with nine E14 bulb positions and cascading clusters of clear faceted crystal buttons on a French gold frame. The crystals hang in dense, irregular bunches from curved arms that sweep out from a central canopy, designed to echo the drooping habit of wisteria blooms when fully open. The French gold finish sits between polished brass and antique brass in tone, bringing warmth to the crystal reflections.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and bedrooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the chandelier needs vertical clearance to accommodate the crystal drops, the minimum drop from canopy to lowest crystal is 650mm, adjustable up to 2000mm on installation. The 810mm diameter makes it suitable for dining tables of 1.8-2.4m length or hallway positions where it won't obstruct movement. The nine E14 bulbs distribute light through the crystal mass rather than below it, creating internal sparkle and diffused ambient light.

Each crystal cluster is hand-assembled onto the gold arms, so the exact configuration and density of drops varies slightly between individual pieces. The chandelier weighs 19.8kg once fully assembled, requiring a ceiling rose and fixings rated to support that load.
