Description

The Winchfield is a 703mm picture light with four adjustable arms on a polished nickel frame, topped with a curved white marble-effect shade. Each arm holds a single E14 bulb (sold separately) on an adjustable joint, allowing light to be directed precisely onto artwork, mirrors, or wall features. The marble-effect shade sits above the bulbs, concealing the light source while reflecting downward illumination.

Designed for large paintings, tapestries and wall-mounted mirrors between 1.2m and 2m wide, the four-arm configuration provides even coverage across wide surfaces where a single or twin-bulb picture light would leave dark patches at the edges. The 318mm projection from the wall places the light forward of typical frame depths, reducing harsh shadows and glare on glazed artwork. The adjustable arms allow each bulb position to be fine-tuned after installation to match the specific artwork height and frame depth.

The polished nickel finish provides a high-reflectivity surface that amplifies light output and pairs with chrome, brushed steel and traditional brass fixtures. The white marble-effect shade is made from steel with a printed marble pattern rather than genuine stone, keeping the overall weight manageable for wall mounting while maintaining the visual appearance of natural marble. The combined frame and shade assembly weighs approximately 1.8kg and requires secure wall fixings into masonry or timber studs rather than plasterboard alone.
