Description

Our laser cut wooden photo frame keeps a wedding day photograph close at hand, with the words "Wedding Day" written in soft blue script along the bottom edge. The white wooden border is cut through with small motifs: a pair of linked wedding rings at the top centre, little birds, hearts, butterflies, flowers, leafy sprigs and a horseshoe for luck. Each opening is backed in pale blue so the pattern reads clearly from across the room. It holds a single 6 x 4in print in portrait, and the frame itself stands 22cm tall, 17cm wide and 1cm deep, a tidy size for a shelf or a bedside table.

Being freestanding, it needs no wall and no fixings: open the easel at the back and it sits on a mantelpiece, a dressing table, a hallway console or a desk. It suits a favourite shot from the ceremony, the first dance or the two of you outside the venue, and the white and blue colouring looks at home in most rooms, from pale painted walls to warm wood furniture. As a wedding gift it is a thoughtful one: hand it over empty for the couple to fill once the photographs come back, or slip in a print of your own before you wrap it.

There is no inner mount, so your print sits directly behind the cut-out border.
