Description

The Waverly is a 127mm mini pendant light with a clear seeded glass shade and a classic silver metal finish. The pendant hangs from an adjustable cord that can be set between 338mm minimum and 1264mm maximum drop on installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned 600-900mm above a worktop or 700-800mm above a dining table depending on ceiling height. A single E27 bulb (sold separately, up to 60W) sits inside the glass shade.

Designed for kitchens, dining areas, hallways and breakfast bars, the Waverly works as task lighting over island worktops, as decorative accent over dining tables, or in multiples along a galley kitchen run. The seeded glass diffuses light softly while the textured surface adds visual depth when the bulb is lit. The 127mm diameter makes it compact enough for smaller spaces without dominating the ceiling plane.

The silver finish is a cool-toned metal that pairs with stainless steel appliances, polished chrome hardware and grey-toned cabinetry. The seeded texture in the glass is created during the moulding process, giving each shade subtle surface variation that catches light differently depending on viewing angle. The pendant canopy measures approximately 127mm diameter and fits standard UK ceiling roses.

What bulb does the Waverly take?

The pendant takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED filament bulb between 4-8W and 2200K-2700K to complement the vintage-style seeded glass.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is adjustable during installation by shortening the cord to the desired length between 338mm and 1264mm. Once installed and the canopy fixed to the ceiling, the drop height is set and cannot be easily changed without removing the canopy.

How is the seeded glass cleaned?

The glass shade can be removed from the metal fitting for cleaning. Wipe with a soft, dry microfibre cloth or a barely-damp cloth with distilled water for fingerprints. The textured seeded surface may collect dust in the recesses — a soft brush can help dislodge this before wiping.

Can multiple Waverly pendants be installed together?

Yes. The compact 127mm diameter makes the Waverly suitable for installation in multiples along a kitchen island or dining bar. Spacing them 600-800mm apart typically provides balanced light distribution and visual rhythm.
