The Warvanne is an LED flush ceiling light made from two gently curved bars that cross one another over a round canopy, so it reads as a soft, flowing line overhead rather than a single flat disc. The steel body has a bronze finish, and each bar carries a white plastic diffuser along its underside to soften the LEDs. It measures 74cm long, 14cm wide and just 6cm high, which keeps it tight to the ceiling. The light comes from integrated LEDs: 12W producing 1,500lm at 4000K, a neutral light. It is rated IP20, which settles where it belongs: indoors, in dry rooms.

Being so shallow, it suits rooms where a pendant would hang too low: hallways, landings, box rooms and bedrooms with modest ceiling heights. The long, crossing bars carry light along the length of a narrow space, which makes it a natural choice for a corridor or entrance hall, and 1,500lm is a generous output for a fitting of this size. The neutral 4000K works well in kitchens, home offices and dressing rooms, where you want clear, crisp light for everyday tasks. The bronze finish has a warm, earthy tone that sits comfortably beside wooden panelling, natural oak and soft grey or cream walls.

There is no switch or pull cord on the fitting itself: it is switched at the wall, from the light switch you already use.
