The Wanderer is a three piece nursery furniture set in white, bringing together a cot bed, a wide changing unit and a wardrobe in a matching MDF design. It suits parents setting up a nursery from scratch who want the sleeping, changing and storage pieces to work as one. The finish mixes smooth paint with textured wood. Does the set arrive flat-packed and need assembling?

Yes. The set is delivered flat-packed across seven boxes, so all three pieces need building at home. Each item comes with its own fittings and instructions. We'd suggest allowing time to work through the cot bed, changing unit and wardrobe separately, and having a second person on hand for the larger panels.

How much space do the three pieces take up?

The cot bed measures 1520x795x914mm, the wide changing unit measures 1140x500x920mm, and the wardrobe measures 1000x550x1800mm. Measure your nursery and allow room to open drawers and the wardrobe doors before deciding where each piece sits, as the wardrobe is the tallest item at 1.8m.

What does the cot bed convert to?

The cot bed adapts as your child grows, so it can move on from a cot to a bed rather than being outgrown quickly. The changing unit gives you storage from day one and can be used as a drawer unit afterwards, while the wardrobe hangs clothes throughout. Together they carry through the nursery years.
