Designed for dual installation, the Vivienne can be fitted as a semi-ceiling mount with a 780mm minimum drop, or suspended as a full chandelier on chain to a maximum 2230mm drop. The semi-ceiling configuration suits rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4-2.7m, where a traditional long-drop chandelier would hang too low. The suspended configuration works in double-height entrance halls, over staircases, and in dining rooms with 3m+ ceilings. The 70cm diameter provides sufficient presence for dining tables seating 6-8 or for entrance halls 3-4m wide.

Each of the rectangular crystal prisms is bevelled on multiple edges to maximise refraction, creating the multi-dimensional light scatter characteristic of cut crystal chandeliers. The polished nickel frame provides a cool-toned metallic finish that pairs with both contemporary grey-palette interiors and transitional schemes mixing modern and classical elements. The curved arms sweep upward from a central column, giving the chandelier an open, airy profile despite the 9.75kg combined weight of the nickel frame and crystal.

What bulbs does it take and are they included?

Is it dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself has no electronic components that would prevent dimming, so dimmer compatibility depends entirely on the bulbs you choose.

How is the drop adjusted?

The chandelier ships with chain that can be shortened during installation to achieve any drop between the 780mm minimum and 2230mm maximum. Excess chain is removed or looped inside the ceiling canopy depending on the electrician's preferred method.
