Description

The Vivienne is a 70cm crystal chandelier with eight E14 bulbs arranged on upward-curving French gold arms, each surrounded by a ring of rectangular cut crystal prisms that refract light in all directions. The frame itself is a dual-mount design, meaning it can be fitted either as a hanging pendant on the included chain (780-2230mm adjustable drop) or as a semi-flush ceiling light with minimal projection from the ceiling plate.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls where ceiling height varies, the dual-mount capability makes the Vivienne practical in both standard 2.4m ceiling spaces (fitted as semi-flush) and double-height or vaulted spaces (fitted as a hanging chandelier). The French gold finish is a warm, slightly antiqued brass tone that softens the reflections from the crystal and pairs well with warm whites, creams and traditional wood furniture. The 70cm diameter suits tables of 150-200cm length or ceiling areas of 12-18m².

Each of the eight arms holds a candle-style E14 fitting topped with a crystal sconce, and the rectangular crystal prisms are arranged in a continuous band around the outer ring of the chandelier, creating a layered curtain of cut glass. The crystals are precision-cut with bevelled edges, so they catch overhead and side light sources even when the chandelier itself is switched off. At 9.75kg the chandelier requires a ceiling joist or a reinforced ceiling rose capable of supporting at least 12kg when fully loaded with bulbs.

The Vivienne is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED or halogen bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.
