The 320mm drop works in standard 2.4m ceiling height rooms without creating head clearance issues, as the fitting sits close to the ceiling. How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the fitting and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe each crystal panel with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystal or using household sprays that can leave residue on the facets.
