Description

The Vito is a 470mm square flush ceiling light built around a smoked mirror backplate with three E27 bulb fittings behind curved frosted glass panels, framed in polished chrome. The smoked mirror reflects ambient light back into the room when the fitting is off, and the chrome frame holds the frosted panels in a shallow curved profile that projects 130mm from the ceiling.

Designed for low-ceiling rooms (2.2-2.5m height) where a pendant would hang too low, the Vito provides general ambient light in living rooms, bedrooms and hallways without compromising headroom. The 460 x 470mm footprint covers most standard ceiling roses and the 130mm projection keeps the fitting close to the ceiling plane. The three E27 sockets accept any standard Edison screw bulb up to 60W each (bulbs sold separately), giving flexibility to choose warm-white, cool-white or filament-style LED bulbs depending on room function.

The smoked mirror backplate is a tinted glass panel behind the frosted diffusers, visible through gaps in the frame when viewed at an angle. During daylight the smoked mirror appears as a dark charcoal tone; when the bulbs are lit the mirror reflects light back through the frosted panels, amplifying the output and creating a soft halo effect around the chrome frame. The frosted panels diffuse direct glare from the bulbs and spread light evenly across the ceiling and into the room. The polished chrome frame is a solid metal structure that holds the glass panels in compression, with visible fixings recessed into the chrome surface.
