Vision 3 Light Island Pendant - Gold with Frosted & Clear Glass

The Vision is a 3-light island pendant with a gold-finished aluminium bar spanning 104cm, supporting three dual-layer glass domes on cylindrical brass-toned stems. Each dome pairs an inner frosted glass diffuser with an outer clear glass shell, housing a single E14 bulb rated up to 60W. The frosted layer softens direct bulb glare while the clear outer layer maintains transparency and adds depth to the lit appearance.

Designed for positioning above dining tables and kitchen islands in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, the Vision provides distributed task and ambient light across a 1.5-2m table surface. The suspension height adjusts between 29cm and 154cm from ceiling to base of the shades, allowing the fitting to be set 70-80cm above a dining table or 90-100cm above a kitchen worktop depending on ceiling height. The rectangular ceiling plate is 18cm wide and fixes to a standard UK ceiling rose.

The gold finish on the aluminium frame has a warm metallic tone that sits between polished brass and brushed brass, with a subtle sheen rather than mirror-bright reflectivity. The dual-glass construction gives each dome approximately 120mm diameter at the widest point, creating visible presence without overwhelming a 4-6 seater table. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations, not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor covered areas.

What bulbs does it take and are they included?

The Vision takes three E14 bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair it with 6-8W warm-white LED bulbs at 2700K-3000K for dining table use.

What suspension height works for a dining table?

The drop adjusts between 29cm and 154cm. For a standard dining table, set the base of the shades 70-80cm above the table surface. This works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above.

Can it be used in a kitchen or bathroom?

The IP20 rating allows use in dry indoor locations only. Suitable for kitchens away from direct steam or splashing, but not for bathrooms or zones near sinks and hobs where moisture exposure is higher.

What table length does the 104cm bar suit?

The 104cm span works over dining tables between 150cm and 200cm long, or kitchen islands of similar length. For shorter tables under 140cm, the outer lights may overhang the edges.
