Description

The Viora is a 2000mm magnetic linear track light milled from extruded aluminium with a matt black finish, designed to accept magnetic LED modules that clip into the track's internal copper conductor rail. The track can be surface-mounted with visible end caps or recessed into plasterboard ceilings using a separate trim kit (sold separately), with a 19mm projection in surface-mount configuration.

Designed for open-plan living areas, kitchens, offices and retail spaces where directional task lighting or accent lighting is required, the magnetic system allows LED modules (sold separately) to be positioned anywhere along the 2m run and repositioned without tools. The dimmable functionality depends on the specific LED modules fitted and the dimmer compatibility — the track itself carries the low-voltage feed from a remote driver. The IP20 rating suits dry indoor use only.

The extruded aluminium construction gives the track a continuous linear profile without visible joints along the 2m length. The matt black finish reduces glare and reflection under ceiling lighting and pairs with both contemporary and industrial interiors. The 19mm depth means the track sits close to the ceiling in surface-mount applications, while recessed installations require a minimum 30mm ceiling void to accommodate the track body and driver connections above the plasterboard line.

What's included in the box?

The Viora track is sold as the track profile only. LED modules, drivers, end caps and recessed trim kits are sold separately. You will need to specify the modules, wattage and driver based on your lighting design requirements.

Can this be installed in a recessed configuration?

Yes, but recessed installation requires a separate trim kit (not included) and a minimum 30mm ceiling void to accommodate the track body and driver connections above the plasterboard. Surface mounting uses visible end caps and sits 19mm below the ceiling.

How do the magnetic modules attach?

The track contains an internal copper conductor rail. Compatible magnetic LED modules clip into the track and make electrical contact automatically, allowing them to be positioned and repositioned anywhere along the 2m length without tools or re-wiring.
