Description
Our Villanova 1 Mounting Kit is a pair of small black mounting blocks, each a squared plastic body set on a slotted plate and fitted with a cross-head screw. It measures 2cm long, 2cm wide and 1.6cm high and weighs just 0.02KG, a compact part that takes up next to no room in a toolbox. It has no lamp socket, so it holds no bulb. Its job is purely mechanical, holding a fitting in place.
We stock it as the mounting kit for the Villanova 1 range, so it suits anyone putting up a Villanova 1 light or replacing a mounting part that has gone missing or been damaged. Keeping a spare kit to hand saves a hunt for the right part later, and the black finish stays discreet rather than drawing the eye. Two blocks come together, so you have two mounting points from one kit.
Each block is black plastic, with its cross-head screw already set in place and small rivets fixing the slotted plate. Plastic does not rust and adds very little weight. The installation instructions come as a download, so read them through before you begin. Keep the screws with the blocks until fitting day, because parts this small are easily lost.
