Victory 2 Light Tiffany Flush Ceiling Light - Valiant Bronze

The Victory is a 421mm diameter Tiffany-style flush ceiling light with a hand-assembled stained glass shade in amber, cream and red tones, set within a valiant bronze metal frame. The shade features a radiating geometric pattern of lead-joined glass pieces that form sweeping arcs and triangular segments, creating depth and movement when lit. Two E27 bulbs (sold separately) sit inside the shade, lighting the glass from within and casting warm coloured light into the room.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.6m where a pendant would hang too low, the Victory sits 150mm proud of the ceiling and provides both ambient light and decorative interest. The flush-mount design suits hallways, bedrooms, low-ceilinged sitting rooms and period cottage interiors where traditional styling is preferred. The stained glass diffuses direct bulb glare while the lead lines create patterns of light and shadow on surrounding walls and ceilings.

Each Victory shade is hand-assembled using traditional Tiffany construction methods, where individual pieces of coloured glass are wrapped in copper foil, arranged in the pattern, then soldered together with lead solder along every seam. This means the exact placement of amber, red and cream tones varies between individual shades depending on which pieces of glass the assembler selected, so no two Victory lights look identical when lit. The valiant bronze finish on the metal frame has a dark, slightly greenish-brown patina that contrasts with the warmer glass tones and complements both oak and dark wood furniture.

The 421mm diameter makes the Victory proportionally suited to rooms between 3m x 3m and 4m x 4m. In larger rooms the fitting can be used in multiples down a hallway or in a pair either side of a bed. The maximum 60W rating per E27 socket means two 6-8W warm-white LED bulbs typically provide enough ambient light for a bedroom or sufficient supplementary light in a sitting room when paired with table lamps or wall lights.

What bulbs does it take?

The Victory takes two E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-8W and 2700K-3000K to complement the amber and red glass tones.

Is the glass pattern the same on every light?

No. Each Victory shade is hand-assembled using traditional Tiffany methods, where individual pieces of stained glass are selected and soldered together. The exact placement and tonal variation of the amber, red and cream glass differs between individual shades.

What ceiling height is needed?

The fitting projects 150mm from the ceiling, so it works best in rooms with ceiling heights between 2.3m and 2.6m. In rooms taller than 2.6m a pendant light may provide better visual balance, while rooms below 2.3m may find the 150mm projection intrusive.

Can it be dimmed?

Dimming depends on the bulbs fitted. If you use dimmable LED E27 bulbs and pair them with a compatible LED dimmer switch, the light output can be adjusted. The stained glass itself does not affect dimmer compatibility.
