The Vespera is a compact outdoor spotlight built from painted cast aluminium with a grey finish, featuring an adjustable head on a ball joint and a transparent Pyrex glass lens. The spotlight takes a single GU10 bulb (sold separately) and carries an IP65 rating for protection against dust and water jets, making it suitable for year-round outdoor installation.

Designed for ground mounting, wall mounting or fixing to structures like pergolas and fences, the Vespera suits accent lighting on garden paths, uplighting onto walls and architectural features, or highlighting focal planting. The adjustable head rotates on a ball joint secured by a side screw, allowing the beam to be directed up, down or across depending on the installation position. The 80mm body length and 150mm projection keep the fitting low-profile against walls and ground surfaces.

The cast aluminium construction gives the spotlight structural rigidity and weather resistance, while the powder-coated grey finish provides a neutral tone that pairs with contemporary, industrial and minimalist outdoor schemes. What does the IP65 rating mean for outdoor use?

IP65 indicates complete protection against dust ingress (the '6') and protection against water jets from any direction (the '5'). The Vespera can be installed in fully exposed outdoor positions including gardens, driveways and patios, and will withstand rain, snow and garden hose spray.

What bulb should I use?

The Vespera takes a standard GU10 bulb, sold separately. For accent lighting most users choose a 5-7W LED GU10 with a narrow beam angle (typically 36° or less) and a colour temperature of 3000K-4000K depending on whether warm or neutral white light is preferred.

Can the head angle be adjusted after installation?

Yes. The spotlight head rotates on a ball joint secured by a side screw. Loosen the screw, adjust the angle, then re-tighten. This allows the beam direction to be changed without re-mounting the base.

Is it suitable for ground mounting?

Yes. The base can be fixed to the ground using appropriate outdoor fixings (not supplied) for uplighting onto trees, walls or facades. The 150mm projection keeps the head clear of ground level when mounted on a flat surface.
