The Vascella is a round LED wall light, 18cm across, built from two half-disc plates in white stainless steel with a crisp horizontal slot running between them. It stands just 6cm deep from the wall, so it stays neat beside a front door or along a narrow hallway. The LED is integrated, drawing 4.5W and giving 600 lumens, and the IP44 rating settles the big question: it is protected from splashing water, so it can live outdoors on a house wall as happily as it does indoors.

Outside, it suits a porch, a patio or the wall beside a back door, where 600 lumens gives a clear light over the step and the lock. Indoors it works in a hallway, on a landing or in a living room, and its IP44 rating means it may suit a bathroom too; a qualified electrician will confirm the right zone. The real gain is choice.
