Description

The Tube is a 1200mm linear pendant light built around a single glass tube with an internal sand-diamond textured finish, held within a polished chrome frame. The integrated 36W LED array runs the length of the tube, producing 2800 lumens of 4000K cool white light distributed through a 120° beam angle. The textured glass refracts the LED output, reducing glare while maintaining high brightness.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and commercial counter spaces, the Tube sits 1600mm minimum drop from ceiling to base, placing the light source at typical task height when suspended over a worktop or table. The polished chrome finish reflects surrounding light and pairs with cooler-toned interiors, stainless steel appliances and glass or marble surfaces. The suspension cables are adjustable on installation, allowing the drop to be increased beyond the 1600mm minimum where higher ceilings require it.

The 1200mm length covers a typical 4-seater dining table or a 1.2-1.5m kitchen island run without needing multiple fittings. The 120mm width and 300mm total height give the unit presence without blocking sightlines across the table. At 4.3kg the fitting requires secure ceiling fixings capable of supporting the combined weight of the glass tube, chrome frame and internal LED driver. The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral white closer to daylight than warm white, making it better suited to task lighting than ambient mood lighting.
