Description
The Tsunami Spiral is a 310mm sand white LED wall light built around two curved acrylic diffusers that spiral out from a central mounting plate in a helical wave pattern. Each diffuser houses an integrated LED strip, combining for 24W total power and 1800 lumens of warm 3000K light across the full 310mm width of the fitting.
Designed for feature walls in living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and staircases, the Tsunami Spiral provides general ambient lighting with a sculptural presence that works as both functional and decorative. The 250mm projection from the wall means the fitting needs adequate clearance — it suits open-plan spaces, double-height hallways and wall sections at least 2m from circulation zones. The wide acrylic diffusers distribute light evenly across wall surfaces above and below the fitting without creating harsh shadows or hotspots.
The sand white finish is a warm off-white rather than pure white, sitting somewhere between magnolia and cream. This makes the fitting easier to integrate with warm-toned paint schemes and natural wood furniture than a stark white would be. The helical form gives the appearance of continuous motion frozen in place — two curved bands wrapping around each other — and the 1.1kg total weight gives the fitting substance without needing reinforced mounting.
The integrated LEDs are non-replaceable, rated at 25,000 hours. At typical residential use of 3-4 hours per evening, this translates to approximately 17-20 years before the LEDs reach 70% of their original output. The fitting is non-dimmable and runs on standard 220-240V mains with no external driver visible once installed.

Frequently Asked
Is the Tsunami Spiral dimmable?
No. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and runs at full 1800lm output when switched on. Pairing it with a dimmer switch will likely cause flickering or will not dim the output at all.
What does 'sand white' look like compared to pure white?
Sand white is a warm off-white with a slight cream or ivory undertone, similar to magnolia paint. It's warmer than stark brilliant white, which makes it easier to pair with wood furniture, warm paint schemes and natural materials.
How far does it stick out from the wall?
The fitting projects 250mm from the wall once installed. This means it needs clearance — avoid positioning it in narrow hallways, near doorways or where people walk close to the wall. It suits feature walls, stairwells and open-plan living areas with adequate space.
Can the LEDs be replaced when they fade?
No. The LEDs are integrated into the fitting and non-replaceable. They are rated for 25,000 hours of use, which equates to approximately 17-20 years at typical residential use before reaching 70% of their original brightness.
