Description

This stoneware book vase is shaped like a little hardback, with a soft pink cover, a cream rim and a printed message that turns it into a gift between friends. The front reads "TRUE FRIENDS Can read you like a book" on a wavy cream panel finished with a tiny pink bow, and around it runs a cheerful multi-coloured border of tulips, strawberries, bluebirds, a bumblebee, a hedgehog, bows, hearts and stars. Turn it to the side and the spine wears a pink and white gingham check, with "you make this world a special place" printed along its length. It stands 14.2cm tall, 10.1cm wide and 4.3cm deep.

At 14.2cm tall it suits a bookshelf, where it sits among real books as if it belonged there, as well as a desk, a dressing table or a bedside table.
