Description

The Trilogy is a single-bulb wall light with a seeded glass globe mounted on an old bronze metal arm and backplate. The glass sphere measures approximately 170mm diameter and is textured with hundreds of tiny seed bubbles throughout its thickness, giving it the appearance of antique hand-blown glass. A single E27 bulb sits exposed inside the globe, with the seeded glass diffusing and softening the light while still allowing the filament to be visible.

Designed for hallways, bedroom reading positions, living room accent lighting and bathroom zones where an IP rating is not required, the Trilogy projects 225mm from the wall and sits 241mm tall. The curved metal arm and circular backplate are finished in old bronze — a dark warm-toned metal with subtle brown undertones that pair well with oak, walnut and aged timber finishes. The fixture works with any E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately), though it is typically paired with warm-white LED filament bulbs in the 4-8W range to mimic the appearance of vintage Edison lamps.

The old bronze finish is applied to steel metalwork and given a low-sheen coating that resists fingerprints and retains its tone without regular polishing. The seeded glass is heavier than plain glass due to its thickness and texture, giving the fitting a solid 1.2kg presence once installed. The backplate mounts to a standard UK wall box with two fixing points 40mm apart, and the wiring enters through a central knockout in the plate.
