Description

The Trellis is a traditional table lamp built around a solid metal frame finished in antique brass, topped with a blown and cased green glass shade in the style of classic banker's lamps. The shade is approximately 260mm wide at its longest point, directing light downwards and forwards across a desk surface while the green glass filters the output to a warmer, softer tone. The lamp takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) fitted inside the shade behind a brass-tone pull-chain switch mounted on the neck.

Designed for desks, study tables, bedside tables and side tables where reading or close work needs directed light without glare, the Trellis pairs the functional design of early 20th-century library and office lamps with a finish that suits traditional, classical and period-inspired interiors. The antique brass shows a deliberately aged patina rather than a polished shine, giving the lamp a warm, settled appearance. The 2150mm cable runs from the base, allowing placement away from wall outlets.

The green glass shade is blown and cased, meaning the colour runs through the thickness of the glass rather than being surface-applied, so it won't chip or fade with cleaning.
