Torre 10 Light Crystal Chandelier 75cm - Polished Chrome

The Torre is a 75cm crystal chandelier built around a polished chrome ring frame that holds faceted crystal rods on both the inner and outer circumference of the drum. Ten G9 bulbs sit within the drum, and their light passes through the crystal rods to create layered reflections and refractions across the fitting. The polished chrome canopy matches the ring frame and conceals the three-cable suspension system.

Designed for dining rooms, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Torre works as both task light over a table and ambient light in larger rooms. The 1750mm maximum drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the pendant to be set between 400mm and 1750mm below the ceiling. A typical dining table installation positions the ring 700-800mm above the table surface, which requires a ceiling height of around 2.5-2.7m to maintain clearance above head height for standing guests.

The crystal rods are individually cut and polished, with bevelled edges that catch and split the light from the G9 bulbs inside the drum. The dual-layer crystal structure means light passes through the inner ring first, then reflects back through the outer ring, doubling the refraction effect compared to single-layer crystal fittings. The polished chrome finish on the metal frame provides high reflectivity, amplifying the brightness of the crystal. At 15kg installed weight, the fitting requires secure fixing to a ceiling joist or reinforced ceiling rose rated for the load.

What bulbs does it take?

The Torre takes ten G9 bulbs up to 33W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with 3-5W LED G9 bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) for dining areas, or cool white (4000K) for task lighting over kitchen islands.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with dimmable G9 LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself does not restrict dimming, dimmer compatibility depends on the specific bulbs and dimmer model used together.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 1750mm maximum drop is adjustable on installation. For a dining table the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above. Kitchen island installations may use a shorter drop depending on worktop height and user preference.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Wipe individual crystal rods with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household glass cleaners or sprays, as residue can accumulate in the bevelled edges and dull the refraction effect over time.
