Description
The Torino is a 73cm-diameter crystal chandelier built on a French gold frame with 15 E14 candle bulb positions arranged across two tiers, each surrounded by cascading Asfour crystal droplets, maple leaf crystals, and octagonal crystal strands. The upper tier carries five lights on scrolling arms, the lower tier ten, with each arm terminating in a brass-finish drip tray beneath the bulb socket.
Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and reception spaces with ceiling heights of 2.8m or above, the Torino provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The 980mm minimum drop suits standard UK ceiling heights when positioned above a dining table, while the 2830mm maximum drop allows the chandelier to fill taller spaces in period properties or double-height hallways. The adjustable chain and concealed cable run allow the height to be set during installation.
Each of the 15 arms carries Asfour-grade crystals cut to reflect and refract light in multiple directions, creating patterns across walls and ceilings when the bulbs are lit. The French gold finish on the metal frame provides a warmer tone than polished brass, sitting between antique brass and champagne gold. At 11.3kg the chandelier requires a ceiling rose rated for at least 15kg and a secure joist fixing.
The chandelier accepts E14 candle bulbs up to 60W each (bulbs sold separately). LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K provide warm ambient light with lower running costs than halogen equivalents. Dimming requires dimmable bulbs paired with a compatible leading-edge dimmer switch.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Torino take?
The chandelier takes 15 x E14 candle bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for ambient dining room or hallway lighting.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, when fitted with dimmable E14 bulbs and paired with a compatible leading-edge dimmer switch. Not all LED bulbs dim smoothly, so check bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before purchase.
What ceiling height is needed?
The 980mm minimum drop suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.8m or above when the chandelier is positioned above a dining table. For entrance halls or double-height spaces the drop extends to 2830mm. The chain is adjusted during installation.
How is the chandelier secured to the ceiling?
At 11.3kg the Torino requires a ceiling rose rated for at least 15kg, fixed securely to a ceiling joist or reinforced mounting point. If your ceiling rose is surface-mounted to plasterboard without joist backing, additional support will be needed before fitting.
