Description

The Tonic is an 8 light LED cluster pendant from Mantra, suspending eight individual GX53 lamp holders from a 410mm diameter matt black circular canopy. Each pendant head is finished in either polished chrome, bronze or copper, and the eight drop at staggered heights from adjustable cables to create a cascading geometric arrangement. The integrated GX53 LED lamps deliver 4000K cool white light across all eight heads.

Designed for double-height stairwells, kitchen islands over 2m in length, and commercial reception areas where multiple light sources are needed from a single ceiling point, the Tonic provides high-output illumination without requiring multiple ceiling roses. The adjustable drop cables allow the cluster to be configured between 480mm and 2000mm total drop, so the lowest pendant can be set to suit ceiling height and furniture clearance. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer.

The mixed-metal finish across the eight pendant heads adds tonal variation without breaking the clean cylindrical form of each lamp housing. The matt black canopy acts as a neutral anchor point for the chrome, bronze and copper accents below. At 7kg total weight, the fitting requires a secure ceiling fixing point capable of handling the combined load of the metal housings and the canopy plate.
