The Tibet is a 650mm ceiling fan light with retractable blades concealed behind an optical-pattern grille, a white circular canopy, and an integrated 105W tuneable LED delivering 3900lm output. The DC motor drives the retractable blades quietly while the LED panel allows colour temperature adjustment between 2700K warm white and 5000K daylight via remote control, smartphone app, or voice commands through Alexa and Google Home.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms, home offices and any ceiling-mounted application where both airflow and ambient light are needed, the Tibet combines the functions of a ceiling light and a ceiling fan in a single 200mm-high fitting. The retractable blades extend when the fan is activated and retract flush when switched off, leaving only the circular grille visible. This makes the fitting appear as a decorative ceiling light when the fan is not in use. The 120° beam angle provides wide light distribution across rooms up to 20m².

The white finish and circular form suit contemporary and minimalist interiors where visible ceiling fittings need to sit discreetly. The integrated LED is rated at 105W total power consumption across both the light and motor functions, and the tuneable white capability allows adjustment from warm evening lighting to cooler task-oriented daylight without changing bulbs. The remote control provides dimming, colour temperature adjustment and fan speed control, while voice control integration allows hands-free operation from bed or a sofa. How do the retractable blades work?

The blades extend automatically when the fan motor is activated and retract flush behind the optical-pattern grille when the fan is switched off. This leaves only a circular ceiling light visible when airflow is not needed.

What room size does the Tibet suit?

Is voice control included or does it require additional equipment?

What ceiling height is needed for safe installation?

The fitting projects 200mm from the ceiling. UK Building Regulations recommend a minimum clearance of 2.3m from floor to the lowest point of a ceiling fan. Most rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings provide adequate clearance, but lower ceilings may restrict airflow around the extended blades.
