Description

The Tepaling artificial leaf spray is a single spray of rounded white leaves set along slender brown branches, giving you the look of a fresh cut spray that never wilts. It stands 70cm tall and measures 20cm across at its widest, tall enough to rise well clear of the neck of a bottle vase or a tall jug. The leaves sit in pairs along each branch, each marked with a fine brown vein, and they open out in tiers above a long bare stem. It weighs just 0.08KG, so it is easy to lift, move and rearrange whenever you fancy a change.

We see it working best indoors wherever you want the shape of foliage without the upkeep: on a sideboard, a mantelpiece, a bedside table or a console in the hall. The white leaves keep to a calm, neutral palette, so the spray sits comfortably beside cream candles, pale walls and light wood, and it lets a coloured glass vase take the attention. A single spray reads as an airy, open arrangement on its own, while two or three together build a fuller display for a dining table or a deep window sill. Because it needs no water and no daylight, it suits spots where fresh stems would struggle, such as a dim landing or a shelf well away from a window.

The spray is one piece, its branches gathered into a single long stem that slips straight into a vase. The rounded leaves are white, set against brown stems and fine brown veining, so the colouring looks natural rather than flat. As an artificial spray it asks for no watering, no trimming and no changing of vase water, which keeps a shelf tidy and saves you a regular job. Our practical tip: pick a vase with a narrow neck, which holds the stem upright and lets the leaves fan out evenly at the top.

No. As an artificial spray it needs no water, no trimming and no daylight, so you can place it in a dim hallway or on a shelf well away from a window.
