Description

The Tau is a 140cm linear suspension light built around a flexible silicone neon LED diffuser set within a black aluminium frame with brushed gold cylindrical accents at each end. The integrated 30W LED ribbon runs the full length of the fixture, emitting warm 3000K light through the silicone diffuser for soft, even illumination without visible LED dots.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and worktops where linear task lighting is needed, the Tau provides direct downlight along its 140cm length while the diffused ribbon prevents harsh shadows. The two gold cylinders at either end house the power feed and suspension points, with the main body suspended on thin cables from a black ceiling rose. The 18cm width keeps the fitting visually light despite the 140cm span.

The aluminium frame is finished in matt black, with the brushed gold cylinders adding warm metallic accents that catch ambient light without dominating the composition. The silicone neon diffuser technology allows the LED ribbon to flex and curve within the housing, giving a continuous line of light rather than the segmented appearance of traditional LED strip installations.
