Suspiro LED Glass Pendant Light 20W 3000K - Amber & Gold

The Suspiro is a 25cm LED pendant light combining hand-blown amber gradient glass with an anodized gold aluminium inner shade and ceiling rose. The outer glass shell fades from clear at the rim to deep amber at the base, while the inner gold aluminium cone houses an integrated 20W LED module behind an opal diffuser that distributes 3000K warm white light evenly downward.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and living room pendant positions, the Suspiro works as a single feature light or in clusters of two or three over longer surfaces. The adjustable cable allows drop heights from 45cm minimum to 180cm maximum, giving flexibility across standard 2.4m ceiling heights and double-height voids. The 25cm diameter suits table widths of 1.2-1.8m when hung as a single pendant, or works as part of a row for islands 2m or longer.

The amber glass diffuses and warms the light as it passes through, producing a glow that shifts from bright white inside the cone to a softer amber halo where light reaches the outer glass. The anodized gold finish on the aluminium reflects back into the glass, intensifying the warm tones. At 2.48kg the pendant has enough mass to hang stable on the cable without additional weighting, and the IP20 rating suits standard interior use away from direct water contact.

The hand-blown glass means each Suspiro pendant shows slight variation in the amber gradient and glass thickness, a characteristic of the making process rather than a defect. The gold anodizing on the aluminium is durable under indoor conditions and does not require polishing or maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

Is the LED replaceable?

The LED module is integrated into the fitting and is not user-replaceable. The 20W LED is rated for long service life, typically 25,000-30,000 hours depending on operating conditions, which equates to approximately 10-15 years of typical domestic use.

Can this be used with a dimmer switch?

The integrated LED driver may be compatible with trailing-edge dimmers, but compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model. Contact us before installation if dimming is required, as incompatible dimmers can cause flickering or damage to the driver.

What ceiling rose fitting does it use?

The pendant connects to a standard UK ceiling rose with a threaded hook or loop terminal. The adjustable cable conceals the electrical connection and allows the drop height to be set during installation between 45cm and 180cm.

How is the glass cleaned?

Wipe the outer glass with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For fingerprints or marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid spraying cleaning products directly onto the glass or allowing liquid to reach the aluminium cone or electrical components inside.
