Description
The Stone is a 32cm semi-flush ceiling light built around a circular disc of multicolour slate-effect material framed in matt black metal. An integrated 24W LED sits behind the slate disc and illuminates an opal acrylic ring at the perimeter, diffusing light outwards and downwards while the natural stone texture provides decorative detail. The CCT-adjustable LED allows switching between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral and 6000K cool white without changing the bulb.
Designed for low to medium ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards, the Stone mounts flush or semi-flush depending on the ceiling rose configuration, projecting just 12cm from the surface. It suits hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens where a blend of ambient and decorative lighting is needed without the drop of a pendant. The IP20 rating confines it to dry indoor locations only — not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor use.
The multicolour slate effect shows variation in tone from piece to piece, ranging from warm ochre through grey to darker charcoal streaks, replicating the natural mineral layering found in quarried stone. The matt black metal frame anchors the disc without dominating it, and the 1.56kg weight gives the fitting a solid presence despite the relatively shallow profile. The CCT adjustment typically requires a compatible switch or remote (check the Assembly Instruction PDF in the Downloads tab for control method).

Frequently Asked
How do you change the colour temperature?
The CCT adjustment between 3000K, 4000K and 6000K is controlled via a compatible wall switch sequence or remote control. Refer to the Assembly Instruction PDF in the Downloads tab for the specific control method for this model.
Can it be used in a bathroom?
No. The IP20 rating means it is not protected against moisture ingress and must only be installed in dry indoor locations. Bathrooms require IP44 or higher.
What ceiling height is needed?
The 12cm projection suits standard UK ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards. It works well in rooms with low to medium ceilings where a pendant would hang too low.
Does the slate effect vary between pieces?
Yes. The multicolour slate disc replicates natural stone, so tonal variation, veining and mineral streaks differ from piece to piece. This is a characteristic of the design rather than a defect.
