Description

The Stealth is a 1m linear pendant built around a slim, blade-shaped metal shade with a matt black exterior and a warm brass-toned interior. Twin E27 lamp holders sit recessed inside the underside of the blade, hidden from direct view, so light spills downward through the open ends and reflects off the brass lining rather than glaring at eye level.

The narrow profile suits long, horizontal spaces: kitchen islands, dining tables, breakfast bars and reception desks where a single round pendant would feel undersized. The cable suspension drops from a compact black ceiling rose and the height is set on installation, allowing the blade to hang 700-800mm above an island surface or 800-900mm above a dining table depending on ceiling height.

The shade is formed from steel finished in a low-sheen matt black that absorbs reflections from above and reads as a clean horizontal line against a ceiling. Inside, the brass-toned coating warms the light from standard E27 filament or LED bulbs and adds a soft glow at each tapered end where the shade opens out. The contrast between the matt black outer skin and the warm interior is the defining feature of the design.

The fitting takes 2 x E27 bulbs up to 25W each (sold separately). Filament-style LED bulbs work particularly well, as the warm filament colour reinforces the brass interior tone and stays visible at the open ends of the shade.

What bulbs does the Stealth take?

The fitting takes 2 x E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 25W each. Bulbs are sold separately. E27 filament-style LEDs are a popular pairing as the warm filament tone matches the brass interior of the shade.

What size space does it suit?

The 100cm length suits kitchen islands and dining tables of around 1.4m or longer. Above a shorter table or island the pendant may overhang the surface, which is purely an aesthetic consideration rather than a functional one.

What hanging height is recommended?

The cable suspension is adjustable on installation. Above a kitchen island the blade typically hangs 700-800mm clear of the worktop; above a dining table 800-900mm is more usual. A 2.4m ceiling will comfortably accommodate either.

Is it dimmable?

The fitting itself has no integrated electronics, so dimming depends entirely on the bulbs chosen and the dimmer switch they are paired with. Use dimmable E27 LED or filament bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer for smooth dimming.
