Description

The Star is a 690mm LED chandelier built around five polished chrome arms radiating from a central hub, each arm housing integrated LED strip beneath a frosted diffuser. The fitting delivers 3700 lumens at 42W total draw, rated at 3000K warm white with a 120° beam spread. Suspended from a polished chrome ceiling canopy on a cable adjustable between 350mm minimum and 1500mm maximum drop.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living spaces with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.5m, the Star works as both ambient and feature lighting. The five arms radiate in a flat plane, creating a sculptural silhouette when viewed from below and casting wide, even light across horizontal surfaces. The dimmable driver allows output to be reduced from full brightness down to around 10%, making the fitting suitable for daytime task use and evening ambient settings without changing bulbs.

Each arm is finished in polished chrome with a frosted acrylic diffuser running the length of the underside, hiding the LED strip from direct view and softening the light output. The polished chrome reflects surrounding colour and introduces a cooler metallic accent that pairs with stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel fixtures and contemporary grey-toned interiors. At 1.75kg the fitting is light enough to be supported by standard UK ceiling roses without additional bracing.

The Star is part of Mantra's integrated LED collection and ships from Spain. The LEDs are non-replaceable but are rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, equivalent to around 12 years at 6 hours per day. The fitting carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty covering the driver and LED modules.
