Description

The Sphere 27 is a cluster pendant light suspending 27 polycarbonate globes in three sizes from a polished chrome canopy, each with an integrated LED module emitting warm 3000K light. The globes are finished in chrome, copper and satin brass, creating a layered metallic composition when hung at staggered heights. Each sphere is textured on the inside to scatter light and amplify reflections across the metallic finishes.

Designed for double-height spaces, dining areas and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Sphere 27 spans 83cm diameter and can be configured between 150-300cm drop by adjusting the individual cables during installation. The LEDs are dimmable via a supplied radio-frequency remote or through the TUYA app, which enables smartphone and voice-assistant control without needing a wall-mounted dimmer. The fixture draws 147.6W at full output across all 27 modules, producing warm ambient light rather than focused task illumination.

The mixed metallic palette pairs with both warm-toned and cooler contemporary interiors, and the cascading arrangement of different-sized globes gives the pendant a sculptural presence when viewed from below or from mezzanine levels. The polycarbonate construction keeps the total weight to 22.96kg despite the 27-piece assembly, and the adjustable cables allow the cluster to be shaped asymmetrically or in a balanced cascade depending on the ceiling rose position and room layout. The chrome canopy fits a standard UK ceiling rose and conceals the electrical connections and RF receiver for the remote control system.

Yes. The integrated LEDs are dimmable via the supplied radio-frequency remote or through the TUYA app, which enables smartphone and voice-assistant control. No wall-mounted dimmer is required.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop is 150cm and the maximum is 300cm. For rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings, the pendant can be configured at its minimum drop. For double-height spaces, entrance halls or above dining tables in rooms with 3m+ ceilings, the cables can be extended to create a longer cascade.

Can the cables be adjusted to different heights?

Yes. Each of the 27 cables is individually adjustable during installation, allowing the globes to be arranged in a symmetrical cascade, an asymmetric cluster, or a more condensed grouping depending on the ceiling height and aesthetic preference.
