Description

The Spark is an 85mm diameter tubular pendant light finished in polished rose gold with an integrated 7W LED delivering 530 lumens at 3000K. The pendant consists of a slender cylindrical body in rose gold metal, topped with a clear cylindrical section that reveals an internal cone-shaped diffuser pointing downwards. The LED sits at the base of this cone, directing warm white light through the diffuser and out through the open ends of the tube.

Designed for installation over kitchen islands, breakfast bars, side tables and bedside positions, the Spark works as a single pendant where directed task light is needed, or in multiples spaced 600-800mm apart above linear surfaces. The adjustable drop ranges from 285mm to 1785mm, allowing the pendant to be positioned 700-900mm above a worktop or lower over a bar-height surface depending on ceiling height. The cylindrical form measures approximately 300mm in overall length when the body and clear top section are combined.

The rose gold finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with warm-toned interiors, marble surfaces, brass hardware and neutral colour schemes. The polished finish reflects ambient light during the day and adds a secondary glow when the LED is active. The clear top section exposes the internal workings of the diffuser cone, turning the mechanical function into a visible design feature. At 0.4kg the pendant is light enough for standard UK ceiling roses without additional support.

The integrated LED means no separate lamp is fitted or replaced. The 530lm output at 3000K covers a focused task zone, and the fitting carries a 3 year warranty under normal use.

Is the Spark dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is rated at 7W on 220-240V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

Can multiple Spark pendants be used together?

Yes. The narrow 85mm diameter allows multiple pendants to be installed in a row above kitchen islands or breakfast bars. Spacing them 600-800mm apart creates an even distribution of task light without visual crowding.

What is the light output in practical terms?

The 530lm output at 3000K is comparable to a traditional 40-50W incandescent bulb. This provides sufficient task light for food preparation, reading at a breakfast bar, or bedside lighting, but is not designed to be the primary ambient light source for a full room.

How is the drop length adjusted?

The cable is adjustable on installation between 285mm and 1785mm. Once the pendant is wired and the cable length is set at the ceiling rose, the drop is fixed unless the fitting is taken down and reinstalled.
