Description

The Space pendant is a 38cm spherical light fitting in gold-finished metal, built from a perforated outer shell with concentric ring cut-outs and a finely pierced inner mesh. A single E27 lamp holder sits at the centre of the sphere, projecting light through the dot-perforated surface and the layered ring apertures to cast a pattern of warm light and shadow across surrounding walls and ceilings.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands, hallways and feature corners in living rooms, the Space pendant works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The 150cm cable is adjustable on installation, allowing the fitting to be set 700-800mm above a dining table or 600-900mm above a kitchen worktop. Pair the E27 holder with a clear filament bulb to emphasise the perforation pattern, or a frosted bulb for a softer wash.

The shade is constructed from pressed and cut metal panels finished in a warm gold that picks up the colour of the bulb behind it. Rings of varying diameter sit proud of the sphere on each face, giving the fitting a sculptural depth that reads differently from every angle.
