The Sorrento is a 109 x 78cm leaner mirror with a bevelled silver wooden frame and beaded edge detail. The frame measures 4cm deep and sits flush against a wall or leans against it when supported by furniture, while the bevelled mirror glass creates a subtle border that adds depth to the reflection.

The Sorrento is designed primarily as a leaner mirror. While it can technically be wall-mounted using appropriate heavy-duty fixings rated for 15-20kg, the leaner format is the intended use and provides easier repositioning.

When leaned against a wall, the mirror typically sits at 10-15 degrees from vertical. The exact angle depends on floor surface and how far the base is positioned from the wall. Most users place the base 8-12cm out from the skirting board.

Will it mark the wall?

The top edge of the frame rests against the wall when leaned. On painted walls this can leave light scuff marks over time. Placing small felt pads on the top rear edge of the frame prevents direct wood-to-wall contact and protects both surfaces.

How is the mirror cleaned?

Clean the mirror glass with standard glass cleaner or a 50:50 water and white vinegar solution on a microfibre cloth. Wipe the silver wooden frame with a dry or barely-damp cloth. Avoid spraying cleaner directly onto the frame as moisture can penetrate the finish at the joints.
