Description

The Solstra-2 is a matt black LED reading wall light with a flexible silicone-covered arm that directs 4W of 3000K warm white light from a small cylindrical head. The circular 85mm wall plate mounts directly to a standard wall box, and the arm bends to position the light over a pillow, desk surface or armchair reading position without needing to adjust fixings or joints.

Designed for bedside reading, desk task lighting and armchair corners where a ceiling pendant or floor lamp cannot deliver directed light, the Solstra-2 fits flush to the wall and projects approximately 300-350mm when the arm is extended. The silicone covering gives the arm grip and flexibility without the spring-back stiffness of bare metal goosenecks, so the lamp holds position once adjusted. The 4W integrated LED is not replaceable but runs at 3000K warm white, producing a focused beam rather than ambient wash.

The matt black finish on the metal wall plate and lamp head absorbs light rather than reflecting it, keeping the fitting visually recessive in dark-walled bedrooms and industrial interiors. The compact footprint makes the Solstra-2 suitable for narrower wall sections where a traditional swing-arm wall light would intrude too far into the room. The IP20 rating confirms indoor dry-location use only, not suitable for bathrooms or outdoor installation.
