Slim 25cm Round LED Pendant Light 16W 4000K - White

The Slim is a 25cm circular LED pendant light with a white metal disc housing an integrated 16W LED that delivers 1400 lumens at 4000K through a frosted white diffuser on the underside. The 4000K colour temperature sits in the neutral white range, giving crisp visibility without the warmth of 3000K or the clinical tone of 5000K daylight bulbs.

Designed for kitchens, bathrooms, home offices and utility spaces where task lighting takes priority over ambient warmth, the Slim provides even, shadow-free illumination across worktops, sinks and desks. The 140° beam angle spreads light broadly rather than creating a focused pool, making it well-suited to rooms where general overhead lighting is needed. The adjustable drop ranges from 150mm to 1500mm, allowing the pendant to be fitted close to the ceiling in low-height rooms or suspended lower over kitchen islands and breakfast bars.

The white metal disc measures 25cm in diameter and weighs 0.59kg, giving it a compact profile that works in smaller rooms without dominating the ceiling plane. The frosted diffuser conceals the LED array and prevents glare when the light is viewed from below. The pendant is not dimmable and operates on standard 220-240V mains without requiring a separate driver or transformer visible outside the ceiling void.

Is the Slim dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches and operates at full 1400lm output when powered on.

What colour temperature is 4000K?

4000K is neutral white, sitting between warm white (2700-3000K) and cool daylight white (5000-6500K). It provides clear visibility without the yellow tone of warm bulbs or the blue-white cast of daylight-rated LEDs, making it well-suited to task-focused spaces like kitchens, bathrooms and home offices.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop is 150mm, so the pendant can be fitted close to the ceiling in rooms with ceiling heights as low as 2.3m. For installation over a kitchen island or breakfast bar, the 1500mm maximum drop allows the pendant to sit 600-900mm above the worktop in standard 2.4-2.7m ceiling height rooms.

Can multiple Slim pendants be grouped together?

Yes. The 25cm diameter and broad 140° beam angle make the Slim suitable for grouping in multiples over longer kitchen islands or dining tables, with spacing of 60-80cm between centres to avoid overlapping pools of light.
