Description
The Slim is a 25cm diameter disc-shaped LED pendant light with an integrated 16W LED delivering 1400 lumens of 4000K cool white light through a frosted diffuser. The shallow profile, approximately 30mm deep at the centre, gives the pendant a floating appearance when suspended, and the matt black upper surface contrasts with the frosted white underside that acts as the diffuser.
Designed for kitchens, hallways, home offices and utility spaces where 4000K cool white light supports task visibility without the warmth of traditional residential lighting, the Slim provides even, shadow-free illumination across worktops, desks and walkways. The 140° beam angle spreads light wide rather than focusing it into a narrow pool, so a single pendant can cover a 2-3m work surface or desk area effectively. The drop is adjustable between 150mm and 1500mm on installation, allowing the pendant to be positioned 600-900mm above a worktop or raised higher for ambient use in a hallway.
The matt black finish on the upper disc absorbs rather than reflects light, keeping the focus on the task surface below rather than creating glare or reflections on the ceiling. At 0.59kg the pendant is light enough to be suspended from standard UK ceiling roses without additional support, and the cable feeds through the ceiling canopy to conceal the wiring run. The frosted diffuser hides the LED panel inside and prevents direct view of the light source from any angle below the pendant.

Frequently Asked
Is the Slim dimmable?
No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed 16W output on 220-240V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.
What's the difference between 4000K and 3000K?
4000K is a cool white that appears more neutral and closer to daylight, commonly used in kitchens, offices and utility spaces where task visibility matters. 3000K is a warm white that appears more yellow-toned and is typical of traditional residential lighting in living rooms and bedrooms.
How wide an area does it light?
The 140° beam angle and 1400lm output allow a single Slim pendant to cover approximately 2-3m of worktop or desk surface when positioned 700-900mm above the surface. For larger islands or workspaces, multiple pendants spaced at 1.5-2m intervals provide even coverage.
Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?
The drop is set during installation by cutting the cable to the desired length and feeding it through the ceiling canopy. Once installed, the drop cannot be easily adjusted without re-opening the ceiling connection and shortening or lengthening the cable.
