The Sisley Small is a 420mm bathroom wall light with a curved polished chrome bracket supporting a frosted white acrylic diffuser that houses a 12W integrated LED. The LED delivers 840 lumens at 4000K cool white, producing a clean, neutral light suited to task areas above mirrors, basins and vanity units.

Designed for bathroom zones 2 and 3 with an IP44 rating, the fitting resists water splashes from adjacent showers and basins. The 190mm projection from the wall positions the light source forward of the mirror plane, reducing facial shadows during shaving or makeup application. The chrome bracket mounts to a standard UK wall box via a back plate concealed behind the fitting.

The frosted acrylic diffuser spreads the LED output evenly along its 420mm length, avoiding the spotting effect of exposed LED strips while the polished chrome finish reflects ambient bathroom light without creating glare. The 12W power draw runs cooler and lasts longer than equivalent halogen fittings, with the integrated LED rated for continuous use. The 120mm height and shallow 190mm projection suit bathrooms with limited wall space between the mirror top and ceiling.

What bathroom zones is this suitable for?

The IP44 rating makes the Sisley suitable for bathroom zones 2 and 3 — areas outside the shower enclosure but within 60cm of a basin or bath edge. It is not rated for zone 0 (inside the shower) or zone 1 (directly above the bath or shower tray).

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The 12W LED is integrated into the fitting and cannot be replaced separately. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000 hours of use, equivalent to around 17 years of typical bathroom use at 4 hours per day.

Can it be dimmed?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches. Connecting it to a dimmer circuit may cause the LED driver to fail or produce flickering.

How is it mounted?

The chrome back plate fixes to a standard UK wall box via two screws. The curved bracket and diffuser assembly then clips or screws onto the back plate depending on the Mantra fixing system for this model. All mounting hardware is included.
