The adjustable drop ranges from 35cm minimum to 135cm maximum, allowing the pendants to be set 70-85cm above a dining surface or 75-90cm above a worktop depending on ceiling height. The matt black canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses and includes gravity toggles for secure mounting.

The gold mesh construction creates visual texture without blocking light output, while the internal opal diffusers prevent direct LED visibility and spread the light evenly within each cylinder. Is the Sincro dimmable?

Yes. The integrated LEDs are dimmable when used with a compatible LED dimmer module. Standard incandescent dimmers may cause flicker or reduced dimming range — verify dimmer compatibility with your electrician before installation.

What table length does the 69cm bar suit?

The 69cm bar typically pairs with dining tables or kitchen islands between 140-180cm long. For longer tables, two Sincro pendants can be mounted in series, or a single pendant positioned over the centre section where task lighting is needed most.

Can the drop height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is set during installation using the adjustable cables. Once fitted and the ceiling canopy closed, changing the drop height requires opening the canopy and re-adjusting the cable tensioners — this is straightforward but not a daily adjustment.

What's the IP rating — can it be used in bathrooms?

The Sincro carries IP20 rating, meaning it's suitable for dry indoor locations only. It cannot be used in bathroom zones where water spray or high humidity is present. For kitchen islands it's suitable as long as it's not directly above a sink or hob where steam concentration is high.
