Description

The Siena is a 63cm 6-light crystal chandelier built on a polished chrome frame with six curved arms extending from a central column, each holding a black silk-string shade and a polished crystal droplet beneath. The chrome arms sweep outward and upward from the centre, creating a broad spread across the 630mm diameter while the black shades reduce the visual weight of the upper fixture. A central crystal sphere sits at the hub where the arms meet, adding a focal point of refracted light.

Designed for dining rooms and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Siena provides ambient and decorative lighting where a traditional chandelier silhouette is wanted but without brass or bronze finishes. The adjustable drop ranges from 600mm to 780mm, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or lower in a double-height space. The six E14 fittings take candle-style bulbs (sold separately), with the white inner lining of each black shade reflecting light downward while the silk-string exterior softens the spread.

The polished chrome finish on the metal frame creates high reflectivity under both daylight and artificial light, while the black shades absorb rather than reflect, giving contrast between the bright metal and the darker textile. Each shade measures approximately 110mm diameter at the base, sized to balance the scale of the arms without blocking the chrome detailing. The crystal droplets hang on individual links below each shade, catching light as they move slightly with air circulation in the room.
