Description

The Serene is a 335mm diameter outdoor flush light with a white powder-coated die-cast aluminium body and a matte white plastic diffuser. The fitting takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) and carries an IP44 rating, protecting against water splashes from any direction, which makes it suitable for covered porches, canopies, and external walls under eaves.

Designed as a low-profile ceiling or wall-mounted fitting for outdoor areas where headroom is limited, the Serene sits 90-100mm from the mounting surface once installed. The flush mount design keeps the fitting out of the way on porch ceilings, balcony ceilings, garage entrance soffits, and narrow covered walkways where a projecting lantern or pendant would obstruct movement. The matte white diffuser spreads light evenly across the surface below without creating harsh directional beams or glare zones.

The die-cast aluminium body resists corrosion in coastal and damp environments better than pressed steel alternatives, and the powder-coated finish handles UV exposure without chalking or fading as quickly as painted finishes. The white tone integrates cleanly with white-rendered walls, uPVC fascias, and contemporary render-and-timber exterior cladding schemes. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible E27 LED bulb and appropriate external dimmer.
