Description

The Knightsbridge LED plinth light is a small screwless brushed brass accent light for kitchen kickboards and stair risers.

It gives a subtle low-level accent glow when recessed into a kitchen kickboard or stair riser, with a slim screwless bezel for a clean finish.

It is constructed from stainless steel, with an earth terminal for a compliant installation. It is certified to BS EN 60598 and IP20 rated for indoor use.

What are plinth lights?

Plinth lights are small, low-level LED lights recessed or surface-fixed into kitchen kickboards and stair risers to give a subtle accent glow at floor level.

How are plinth lights wired?

They are typically run from a low-voltage driver or a switched fused spur so several lights operate together from one control. Installation should be carried out by a competent person in accordance with BS 7671.

How far apart should plinth lights be spaced?

A spacing of around 400–600mm gives an even wash along a run; space them to suit the kickboard length and the look you want.
