Description

The Schuller wireless dimming set pairs a battery-free kinetic push button with a dimmer receiver module to add wireless on/off and progressive dimming control to compatible LED lighting circuits. The push button generates its own power from the kinetic energy of each press, eliminating the need for batteries or mains wiring at the switch location.

Designed for retrofit installations where adding a wired dimmer switch is impractical, the set allows wall-mounted dimming control to be placed anywhere within wireless range of the receiver without cutting plasterwork or running cable. The receiver module installs behind the light fitting or inside a ceiling void, connecting between the mains supply and the LED driver. The push button can be surface-mounted on any wall using the adhesive backing or screws.

The two-button layout provides separate controls for on/off and progressive dimming — press and hold the ON/+ button to brighten the light gradually, press and hold OFF/- to dim it down. A single press of either button toggles the light on or off. The white finish on the push button suits contemporary interiors and integrates cleanly into walls finished in white, off-white or pale neutral tones.

Does the push button need batteries?

No. The push button uses kinetic energy harvesting — each press generates enough power to send a wireless signal to the receiver. There are no batteries to replace.

What lights is it compatible with?

The receiver works with dimmable LED drivers and compatible incandescent or halogen loads. Check the product specification sheet in the Downloads tab for the full compatibility list and maximum load rating.

How far can the button be from the receiver?

Typical wireless range is 30m line-of-sight. In domestic installations with walls and furniture between the button and receiver, practical range is usually 10-15m.

Can multiple buttons control the same receiver?

Yes. The receiver can be paired with additional Schuller kinetic push buttons, allowing control from multiple locations. Consult the assembly instruction PDF for pairing steps.
