The glass rod border runs in a continuous ring around the outer edge of the frame, held in place by vertical metal pins that create a cage-like effect. Yes, provided dimmable bulbs are fitted. The fixture itself is compatible with standard dimmer switches, but the dimming performance depends on the specific bulbs chosen. LED candle bulbs rated as dimmable work best with trailing-edge dimmers.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 660mm suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above when the chandelier is hung over a dining table at 700-800mm clearance. For entrance halls or double-height spaces the drop can be extended to 1660mm, but check clearance against door heights and walking paths.

How is the glass rod detailing cleaned?

The clear glass rods can be wiped with a damp microfibre cloth and dried immediately to avoid water spots. For stubborn marks a small amount of glass cleaner on the cloth works well, but spray it onto the cloth rather than directly onto the chandelier to avoid drips onto the polished nickel frame.
