Description

The Sapphire is a 600mm flush ceiling light with a circular clear glass diffuser held within a chrome metal base. The glass is textured on its inner surface with a fine grit pattern that radiates from the centre, creating a starburst effect when lit. Six E27 bulbs sit behind the glass diffuser, distributing light evenly across the face of the fitting.

Designed for rooms with standard or low ceiling heights where a pendant would hang too low, the Sapphire provides ambient lighting across living rooms, hallways, dining rooms and bedrooms. The flush mount sits directly against the ceiling with minimal projection, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights from 2.3m upwards. The 600mm diameter covers a larger area than typical 300-400mm flush fittings, providing stronger illumination for rooms of 15-20m² or larger.

The textured glass pattern diffuses the light from all six bulbs into a soft, even glow rather than creating visible individual bulb points. The chrome base frame provides a clean metallic accent that pairs with both cool-toned and warm-toned interiors. The fitting is dimmable when paired with dimmable E27 LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing brightness to be adjusted from bright task light during the day to softer ambient light in the evening.
