Description

The San Sebastian is a 45.5cm ceramic table lamp with a terracotta base finished in a reactive green glaze and a natural linen tapered drum shade. The base has a stepped, rounded profile with a narrow neck at the top and a wider footed plinth at the base, giving the lamp visual weight without bulk. The green glaze shows tonal variation across the surface where the terracotta body underneath influences the final colour.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and hallway console tables, the San Sebastian provides ambient light through the linen shade rather than direct task light. The 130cm cable allows placement away from fixed wall sockets, and the standard toggle switch on the cable gives on/off control without reaching behind furniture. The 40cm shade width suits side tables, console tables and bedside tables where a compact footprint is needed.

The terracotta base is glazed in a reactive green that varies between olive-green, moss-green and lighter sage-green tones depending on kiln position and temperature during firing. This means each lamp shows slight colour variation, which is a characteristic of reactive glazes rather than a defect. The smooth glazed surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
