Description

The Salvio is a 16.5cm ceramic pendant light with a cube-shaped shade in gloss white ceramic, suspended on a polished chrome stem from a matching chrome ceiling rose. An integrated 3W LED inside the ceramic cube produces 250 lumens of 4200K cool white light, which casts both downward task lighting and a soft glow through the translucent ceramic sides.

Designed for kitchens, hallways, utility rooms and bathroom zones where cool white light supports functional tasks, the Salvio hangs on an adjustable cable allowing a minimum drop of 220mm and a maximum drop of 1195mm. The compact 16.5cm cube footprint suits installation above worktops, in narrow hallways, or in clusters of two or three above a kitchen island or breakfast bar. The chrome and white finish pairs cleanly with stainless steel appliances, white tiles and contemporary cabinetry.

The ceramic shade is kiln-fired and finished with a high-gloss glaze that gives a smooth, non-porous surface easy to wipe clean of kitchen grease and bathroom steam. The cube shape presents different visual profiles depending on viewing angle — from below it appears as a solid block, while from the side the LED glow through the ceramic creates a softer halo effect. At 0.9kg, the pendant is light enough for standard plasterboard ceilings without requiring additional bracing.

Is the Salvio dimmable?

No. The integrated 3W LED runs at full brightness when switched on and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What colour temperature is the LED?

The LED produces 4200K cool white light. This is cooler and bluer than the 2700K-3000K warm white used in living rooms, and suits kitchens, bathrooms and utility spaces where clearer task lighting is needed.

Can the cable length be adjusted?

Yes. The cable is adjustable on installation between a minimum drop of 220mm and a maximum drop of 1195mm, allowing the pendant to be set at the height that works for your ceiling and the surface below.

Is the ceramic shade translucent?

Partially. The white ceramic allows some LED light to glow through the sides of the cube, creating a soft halo effect, while the majority of the light output is directed downward through the open base of the shade.
