Description

The Salvio is a 16.5cm ceramic pendant light built around a diamond-shaped frame finished in matt black, suspended from a polished chrome ceiling canopy on an adjustable cable. An integrated 3W LED sits inside the frame, emitting 250 lumens of cool white 4200K light through the open sides and reflecting off the internal ceramic surfaces.

Designed for kitchens, home offices and bar areas where task lighting is needed, the Salvio works singly over a small breakfast bar or in rows of two or three over a longer kitchen island or workspace. The 1195mm maximum drop adjusts down to a 220mm minimum on installation, allowing the pendant to be set 600-800mm above a worktop or desk surface. The open diamond geometry directs light downwards and sideways without creating a closed shade.

The ceramic frame is slip-cast and kiln-fired before being finished in a textured matt black that contrasts with the polished chrome canopy and cable hardware. The 4200K colour temperature produces a cooler, more neutral white than warm domestic lighting, making it suited to workspaces and kitchens where clarity is valued over ambient warmth. At 0.85kg the pendant has enough weight to hang stably without being heavy enough to stress a standard UK ceiling rose.
